Important Note

Delivery hose pipe and spray gun are sold separately, allowing users to select hose lengths and spray accessories best suited to their application.

Operational Guide & Quick Startup

Pre-Operation Checklist

Engine Oil

Add 600 ml of 20W-40 oil to the engine crankcase before starting.

Pump Oil

Fill the pump crankcase with approximately 400 ml of SAE 90 gear oil until the indicator window reads half-full.

Fuel

Fill the fuel tank with fresh, pure unmixed petrol. Do not mix oil with petrol.

Priming

Ensure the suction hose is completely submerged in the liquid source with the weighted strainer attached. Tighten all hose couplings securely to prevent air leaks.

Starting the Machine

1. Turn the engine switch to the ON position.
2. Open the fuel valve and move the choke lever to CLOSED for cold starts.
3. Pull the recoil starter cord firmly until the engine starts.
4. Move the choke lever to OPEN as the engine warms up.
5. Adjust the throttle to achieve the desired operating speed.

Care & Maintenance Tips

Flush the System After Every Use

To maximize the operational life of the pump, always run clean water through the entire system for 2–3 minutes immediately after spraying chemicals, fertilizers, detergents, or disinfectants.
